She is currently recovering however she needs multiple surgeries for her fractures. The medical Relief Project of the Assyrian Medical Society has been called upon to help out due to the financial hardship this patients lives being an Iraqi refugee in Syria. The patient is now out of coma and has been subjected to open reduction and internal fixation of the left leg fractures (ORIF).
